The Marketing section in PartnerOS is where you manage everything related to co-marketing with your partners. You can upload co-branded assets, organize them in a library, run AI-assisted campaign requests, track partner-sourced leads, and give partner contacts access to approved materials through the partner portal. All of this lives in one place so your team and your partners work from the same source of truth.

What the Marketing section includes

The Marketing page is organized into three tabs:
TabWhat it contains
AI Partner MarketingA conversational interface for creating new co-marketing campaign requests and generating co-branded asset drafts.
Partner Marketing DashboardCampaign performance metrics, lead pipeline by partner, and AI-generated marketing insights.
Asset LibraryAll uploaded co-marketing files, organized by campaign and partner.
Partner contacts who log into the portal see a simplified partner view of the same page that shows only the campaigns and assets relevant to their organization.

Upload and organize marketing assets

Assets are files you upload to PartnerOS — slide decks, one-pagers, email templates, social media graphics, and any other co-marketing material.
1

Go to the Asset Library

On the Marketing page, click the Asset Library tab.
2

Select or create a campaign

Assets are organized under campaigns. If you do not have an existing campaign for this asset, create one first:
  1. Click New campaign.
  2. Choose the partner the campaign is for.
  3. Select the campaign intent (for example, announce a partnership, generate leads, or promote a product).
  4. Give the campaign a name and click Create.
3

Upload the asset

Inside the campaign, click Upload asset. Select the file from your computer. PartnerOS accepts common formats including PDF, PPTX, DOCX, images, and video files.Give the asset a name so partners and your team can identify it easily.
4

Organize and label

Add a descriptive name and, if applicable, associate the asset with a specific campaign so it appears in the right context in the partner view.
Each uploaded asset is stored securely in your organization’s storage bucket. Assets are only accessible to users and partner contacts within your PartnerOS organization.

Delete an asset

To remove an asset, open the asset’s action menu in the Asset Library and click Delete. PartnerOS removes both the database record and the stored file. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting an asset removes it for everyone, including partners who may currently be using it. Confirm that the asset is no longer needed before deleting.

Create a campaign with AI Partner Marketing

The AI Partner Marketing tab provides a conversational agent that helps you build new campaign requests quickly.
1

Open AI Partner Marketing

Click the AI Partner Marketing tab on the Marketing page.
2

Select a partner

Choose the partner this campaign is for from the partner picker.
3

Answer the agent questions

The agent walks you through a series of questions — the campaign name, the intent, the target audience, and any specific messaging guidelines. Answer each question in the chat interface.
4

Submit the request

When you finish answering the questions, click Submit. PartnerOS creates a new campaign in In review status. Your team can then upload assets to the campaign or use the tweak controls to refine any AI-generated content.
If the default agent questions do not match your workflow, you can customize them in the agent question settings. Go to the AI Partner Marketing tab, open the settings panel, and add, edit, or reorder questions. You can also reset to the defaults at any time.

Track partner-sourced leads

The Marketing section includes a lead tracker where you can record and manage contacts that your partners are bringing to you.

Add a lead manually

1

Click New lead

On the Marketing page, click New lead (available from the Partner Marketing Dashboard tab or the AI Partner Marketing tab).
2

Fill in the lead details

Required fields:
  • Contact name — the lead’s full name.
  • Contact email — must be a valid email address.
  • Company — the lead’s organization.
  • Partner — the partner who sourced this lead.
Optional fields include job title, industry, pipeline value, lead origin, and an initial status (New, Qualified, Converted, or Lost).
3

Save

Click Add lead. The lead appears in the lead tracker and PartnerOS queues a fit-score computation in the background.

Import leads from CSV

To add leads in bulk, click Import CSV and upload a file. The CSV must include the columns contact_name, contact_email, company, and partner_id. Optional columns include title, industry, pipeline_value, status, and source. PartnerOS skips duplicate rows (same partner and email) and reports the count of inserted, skipped, and errored rows when the import finishes.

Convert a lead to a deal registration

When a lead is ready to move into the formal co-sell process, open the lead and click Convert to deal registration. PartnerOS creates a new deal registration pre-filled with the lead’s contact details and company name, then redirects you to the deal registration page so you can complete the submission.

How partners access co-marketing materials

Partner contacts who log into the PartnerOS portal see the Marketing page in partner view. In this view they can:
  • Browse approved assets organized under their campaigns.
  • Download files directly from the Asset Library.
  • View their lead pipeline and any campaign performance data your team has made visible.
Partners only see campaigns and assets that belong to their organization — they cannot view content for other partners.
To preview what a partner sees before sharing anything with them, click View as partner in the Marketing page header. Admin preview mode is read-only and does not create records or affect metrics.

Approve a campaign for partner visibility

Campaigns that have been reviewed and are ready to share can be marked as approved.
1

Open the campaign

In the Asset Library, find the campaign you want to approve.
2

Approve all assets

Click Approve all. PartnerOS marks the campaign as Approved and sets the approved flag on every asset within it. Approved assets become visible to the partner in their portal view.
