Your organization settings control the public-facing identity of your workspace in PartnerOS. Changes you save here — such as your company name or logo — apply immediately to all members of your organization. To access these settings, navigate to Settings > Organization in the top navigation.
Only members with the Admin or Owner role can edit organization settings. Members with any other role see a read-only summary of the same fields.

Fields

The Organization settings page contains the following fields.

Company name

The display name for your organization across PartnerOS. This appears in the app header, email notifications, and your partner portal. The name must be 100 characters or fewer and cannot be blank.

Domain

Your organization’s unique identifier (slug) in PartnerOS. This value is assigned when your organization is created and cannot be changed. It appears as a read-only field.

Logo URL

A publicly accessible URL pointing to your organization’s logo image (must begin with https://). The logo appears in the app and in partner-facing surfaces. If left blank, PartnerOS uses a default placeholder.

Industry

The industry your organization operates in — for example, Software, Finance, or Healthcare. This field is optional and helps PartnerOS tailor recommendations in your partner program.

Billing email

The email address where billing receipts and invoice notifications are sent. This is separate from your personal account email. Enter a valid email address or leave blank to use the account default.
