Notification preferences are not yet individually configurable. The controls shown on the Notifications page are a preview of the settings that will be available in a future update. All notifications are currently enabled by default.
Email notifications
Email notifications are sent to the address associated with your PartnerOS account.| Notification | Description |
|---|---|
| Partner activity | Triggered when a new partner joins your program, a partner’s status changes, or a partner record is updated. |
| Deal updates | Sent when there is progress or a change to a deal you are involved in. |
| Weekly digest | A weekly summary of activity across your workspace, delivered once per week. |
In-app notifications
In-app notifications appear inside PartnerOS as alerts while you are using the product.| Notification | Description |

| Mentions | Triggered when someone mentions you in a comment or note on a partner record or deal. |
| Task assignments | Sent when a task or action item is assigned to you. |
| System announcements | Notices about product updates, new features, and scheduled maintenance. |
