What PartnerOS does
When you first set up PartnerOS, the platform analyzes your company domain and generates two strategic profiles automatically:- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — a structured description of the customers most likely to buy from you, built from signals about your company
- Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) — a description of the partner types best positioned to help you reach those customers

The onboarding wizard runs automatically when you first log in. It uses your work email domain to generate your ICP and IPP without any manual input. If your organization has already gone through onboarding, your profiles are cached — you’ll see pre-filled results the next time you return to the wizard instead of waiting for a fresh generation.
