Request access and create your account
PartnerOS uses an invite-based sign-up flow. Go to app.partneros.com/request-access and submit your name and work email address. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a sign-up link.Click the link in the email, set your password, and your account is ready. You can also sign in with Google if you prefer.
Use your work email address — not a personal one like Gmail or Outlook. PartnerOS uses your email domain to analyze your company and generate your Ideal Customer Profile during onboarding. A personal email domain will skip automatic profile generation.
Complete the onboarding wizard
After you sign in for the first time, PartnerOS takes you directly to the onboarding wizard. The wizard runs three steps automatically:
- Ideal Customer Profile — the AI analyzes your company domain and streams a structured customer profile in real time
- Ideal Partner Profile — once you confirm your ICP, the AI builds a partner profile that describes what kinds of partners can help you reach those customers
- Brand & identity — you provide your company domain (if you signed up with a personal email), display name, logo, and brand colors so your workspace is set up correctly
Add your first partner
From the strategy workspace, navigate to Partners in the sidebar. Click Add partner and fill in the partner’s details — company name, partner type, and contact information.Your Ideal Partner Profile describes the types of partners that are the best fit for your program. Use it as a reference when evaluating which partners to add first.
Connect a CRM integration
Connecting a CRM lets PartnerOS sync partner and deal data automatically, so you don’t have to maintain records in two places.Go to Settings and open the Integrations section. Select your CRM — Salesforce or HubSpot — and follow the authorization steps. Once connected, partner records and pipeline data flow between PartnerOS and your CRM bidirectionally.See the Integrations overview for setup instructions for each supported integration.
